Welcome to TraderTrak, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps traders and prop firms analyze, manage, and improve trading performance through AI-driven insights and analytics.
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the TraderTrak platform (the “Service”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

• “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to TraderTrak.

• “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual trader or organization that creates an account, subscribes to, or uses the Service.

• “Service” means the TraderTrak software platform, including all features, tools, analytics, dashboards, APIs, integrations, and related services provided by the Company.

2. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Accounts may not be shared between multiple individuals unless permitted under your subscription plan.

3. Subscription, Fees, and Payment

Access to the Service requires a valid subscription and timely payment of all applicable fees.
Pricing, payment terms, and renewal policies will be communicated at the time of subscription and may be updated periodically.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Use of Service and Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You may not misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to access unauthorized data or user accounts

• Reverse-engineering or decompiling the platform

• Circumventing security measures

• Interfering with system performance or availability

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of the trading data or information you input into the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, content, branding, and materials within the Service remain the exclusive property of TraderTrak or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription term.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Service or its content without prior written permission.

6. Data and Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of the data you provide. TraderTrak will use your data only to deliver the Service, improve functionality, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of the data you input. By using the Service, you grant TraderTrak a limited license to process and analyze your data for the purpose of providing insights, analytics, and AI-driven recommendations.
We will not share your confidential trading data with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

7. Service Availability and Changes

While we strive to provide continuous and reliable Service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.
We may update, enhance, or discontinue certain features or components of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
You acknowledge that occasional maintenance or system updates may result in temporary unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
TraderTrak is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the total subscription fees you have paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the cancellation terms outlined in your subscription plan.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but data retention and deletion will follow our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
